Update -
The earlier performance issues related to the AWS outage have been fully resolved.

Monitoring -
We are aware of an ongoing AWS outage that’s impacting several third-party services our platform relies on, including our subscription and feature management services (Chargebee and LaunchDarkly).
At this time, users may experience issues such as:
- Inconsistent feature availability or loading behavior
- Possible timeouts in certain parts of the application
Our infrastructure remains fully operational, but we’re closely monitoring downstream dependencies as AWS works to resolve their incident.
What we’re doing:
- We’ve confirmed Gradient systems are stable
- We’re actively monitoring affected vendors’ status pages and APIs.
- We’ll provide updates here as soon as we have more information.
